A new luxury home tour featuring eight high-end residences across Northern Kentucky will debut this fall, giving visitors free access to homes in Newport, Southgate, Dayton, Fort Mitchell and Union during three weekends of self-guided tours.
The Luxe Living Home Tour, hosted by Cincinnati Magazine, will take place Sept. 18-20, Sept. 25-27 and Oct. 2-4 from noon to 6 p.m., according to a community announcement. Presented by Watson’s, the scattered-site event will showcase homes from Ashley Builders, Cutter Custom Homes, Our Farmer House, Real Life Homes, Redknot Custom Homes and The Residences at Ovation.
Visitors will use the official Luxe Living Home Tour app to navigate between the featured properties and create their own tour routes. Organizers
said seven of the eight homes will be available for purchase.
Rather than concentrating homes within a single development, the tour is designed to highlight luxury residential construction, interior design trends, architectural styles and premium finishes in multiple Northern Kentucky communities, according to the announcement.
Participants may visit homes at no cost during tour hours. Through the app, guests can also earn points by checking in at featured homes and sponsor locations.
The point-based system will be tied to prize giveaways totaling more than $2,500. Available prizes include discounts on home furnishings and décor, event tickets, restaurant gift certificates, designer jewelry, a luxury handbag and $500 Watson’s gift cards. One grand prize will go to the participant with the highest point total, while another will be awarded through a random drawing among participants who download the app and visit every home.

The event will begin with a Preview Party presented by Ovation on Sept. 16 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Ovation Plaza in Newport.
Tickets for the public event cost $50 per person. Organizers said the evening will feature food samples from Northern Kentucky restaurants, craft cocktails, a champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres, live music and additional entertainment.
Attendees also will receive an early look inside one of the featured homes valued at more than $1 million and may have professional photographs taken with the Cincinnati skyline in the background.
