The Cincinnati Bearcats' conference opener Sept. 26 vs. Kansas State will begin at 7 p.m., giving UC fans their second "Nipp at Night" in three home games.
The Big 12 announced the kickoff time on Sept. 14 for the first of nine Big 12 games for UC.
The Bearcats just defeated Western Carolina 62-10in the first Nippert Stadium game under the lights, Sept. 12, before a crowd of 34,827. Their last Big 12 night game was last November's loss to BYU.
The UC vs. Kansas State game will be televised on ESPN2.

The Bearcats and Wildcats last met Nov. 23, 2024, in Manhattan, Kansas, withKansas State winning 41-15. Kansas State quarterback
Avery Johnson threw for two touchdowns and ran for another in that game. Johnson is back for his fourth season at Kansas State and has thrown for six touchdowns in wins over Nicholls and Washington State on their home field.
The Wildcats have another home game this weekend, Sept. 19 vs. Tulane.
The Bearcats likewise are 2-0 and preparing for the Sept. 19"Battle for the Victory Bell" to be played at 3:30 p.m. at TQL Stadium.
The Kansas State game on Sept. 26 at Nippert will be UC's fourth game of the month in Cincinnati. Their first road game is Oct. 3 at Arizona.
Kansas State has won the last three in their series with the Bearcats, which UC leads 4-3. However, the Bearcats haven't defeated Kansas State since Oct. 22, 1966, nearly 60 years ago.
