A driver fled the scene of a Warren County crash that left a woman dead early Saturday morning, officials said.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol was dispatched to Franklin Township around 2:50 a.m. Aug. 29, according to a news release from the agency.
A tan Chevrolet Cruze had driven off the side of Shaker Road near state Route 122 before striking two mailboxes and overturning.
A passenger, 32-year-old Crystal Rains of Lebanon, was ejected from the car before the driver fled. She was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner's Office, the release said.
A highway patrol dispatcher said later that morning that no arrests have been made. He declined to answer whether a person of interest had been identified.
