Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is adding around-the-clock automated dining near Gate B21 in Concourse B, giving travelers and airport employees more options outside traditional restaurant hours.
The new dining lineup includes White Castle, Wow Bao, Evolve CAFE and The Amish Pretzel Co., according to a community announcement. The automated concepts offer hot meals, breakfast, snacks and quick bites.
CVG is partnering with Evolvending on the new food options.
The airport said the automated dining concepts are intended to expand food access beyond the hours when traditional restaurants operate.
CVG is the first airport to offer The Amish Pretzel Co. menu through Evolvending's smart retail network, according to the announcement.
The concept was created by the bakers behind Ben's Soft Pretzels and offers sweet and savory pretzel products.
“By providing 24/7 access to trusted food brands, we’re enhancing convenience for our customers while embracing innovative solutions that strengthen both the passenger experience and the airport’s long-term business performance,” CVG CEO Larry Krauter said.
The selection at CVG could change over time. Evolvending's platform allows the airport to introduce, rotate and adjust concepts based on traveler preferences, demand at individual locations and culinary trends.

“Cincinnati represents another exciting milestone in our continued national expansion,” Evolvending CEO Valentina Ellison said. “One of the greatest strengths of our platform is our ability to bring together outstanding brands that reflect how travelers want to eat today. The strong early response reinforces our strategy of delivering diverse, high-quality dining options while giving airport partners greater flexibility to meet evolving traveler preferences.”
Evolvending operates nearly 50 automated dining kiosks across eight airports and has more than 60 additional locations planned for launch in the coming months, according to the announcement.
