A commercial alteration permit was filed on Aug. 4 with the Memphis and Shelby

The scope of the work described in the permit includes demolition of selected non-load-bearing partition walls and construction of two dressing rooms using metal stud framing and drywall. The interior work also includes interior painting, installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring, finish carpentry and new lighting.
The Shoppes of Arlington tenants include Tropical Tans, Jen’s Alterations & Cleaners, Gent’s Formal Wear and Pho & Boba Tea. The Speckled Ginger is to be located between nail salon Viva La Nails and Burger Prime.
