Election season isn't over yet.
Though the Aug. 6 primary ballots have been counted, Shelby County voters will have another chance to go to the polls in just a few months.
Here's what will be on the ballot come Nov. 3.
Federal races
Following the August primary narrowing down candidates and selecting party nominees, November's general election will feature four federal races: U.S. Representative in Districts 5, 8 and 9, and U.S. Senator for Tennessee.
The state's Senate seat could be grabbed by Democratic nominee Marquita Bradshaw or Republican nominee Bill Hagerty, the incumbent to the seat, or any one of the Independent candidates running.
The November general election will also have Congressional seats on the ballot. Tennessee's newly redrawn Districts 5, 8
and 9 will be decided.
Charlie Hatcher (R) and Chaz Molder (D) will face off for District 5, David Kustoff (R) and Heidi Kuhn (D) for District 8 and Brent Taylor (R) and Justin J. Pearson (D) for District 9.
State elections
Several state offices will also be decided on Nov. 3.
The primary brought Tennessee residents a little closer to finding out who their next governor will be. Jerri Green won the Democratic nomination, and Marsha Blackburn won the Republican nomination.
Green, a Memphis City Councilwoman and Interim Shelby County Chief Public Defender, was selected as the nominee in a landslide victory.
Blackburn, currently U.S. Senator from Tennessee, held off U.S. Rep. John Rose and State Rep. Monty Fritts.
Bill Lee (R.), Tennessee's sitting governor who took office in 2019, is limited to serving two consecutive four-year terms, meaning November's ballot race will be between Green and Blackburn, and any Independent candidates that qualify.

Dates to know
Shelby County residents must register to vote by Oct. 5 to be able to participate in the general election. Visit the Shelby County Election Commission's website to register online or by mail, or update your registration.
The early voting period will be Oct. 14 to 29, where residents will be able to vote at any of the designated early voting locations, rather than being limited to their assigned polling place.
Voters can request absentee ballots starting Aug. 5 until Oct. 24. Information on who qualifies and how to request one is on the commission's website.
