FedEx’s president and CEO Raj Subramaniam’s compensation total for the fiscal year 2026 was almost twice as much as he collected compared to the past two years individually.
The Memphis-based company filed its annual proxy statement for the past fiscal year — that ended May 31 — on Aug. 18. The proxy statement includes details on executives' compensation.
Subramaniam registered $27.55 million in total compensation in fiscal year 2026. He made a total of $25.2 million in combined compensation for fiscal years 2024 and 2025. Subramaniam’s compensation totaled $12.9 million for FY 2025 and $12.3 million in FY 2024.
Subramaniam’s base salary was $1.55 million for FY 2026, which
was higher compared to $1.48 million in FY 2025 and $1.40 million in FY 2024. Additionally, in FY 2026, Subramaniam got a cash bonus of $1.9 million. He also collected $6.7 million in stock awards; $3.7 million in option awards; $10.5 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation and $2.5 million in all other compensation.
The following is a breakdown of other top-tier FedEx executives’ salaries in FY 2025. The list includes total compensation for FedEx’s former executive vice president and chief financial officer John W. Dietrich and former executive vice president, chief digital and information officer and chief transformation officer Sriram Krishnasamy.
Dietrich stepped down June 1, after FedEx completed the spinoff of FedEx Freight into a publicly traded company. Krishnasamy stepped down from his multi-faceted role in July 2025.
Here is a look at the executives’ earnings:
John W. Dietrich, former executive vice president and chief financial officer — earned $9.8 million in total compensation in FY 2026. He made $5.4 million in FY 2025 and $5.1 million in FY 2024 Dietrich received a cash bonus of $100,000 in both FYs 2025 and 2024.
Vishal Talwar, executive vice president, chief digital and information officer and president of Dataworks, was promoted to his role at FedEx in August 2025. Talwar collected $11.9 million in total compensation in FY 2026. Talmar received a cash bonus of $3.6 million in FY 2026.
Brie A. Carere, executive vice president and chief custom officer — registered $9.7 million in total compensation in FY 2026. Carere earned $4.8 million in FY 2025. Carere received a cash bonus of $850,000 in FY 2026.
Tracy B. Brightman, executive vice president and chief people officer — $9.2 million in total compensation in FY 2026. Brightman collected a cash bonus of $850,000 in FY 2026.
Sriram Krishnasamy, former executive vice president, chief digital and information officer and chief transformation officer — made $13 million in total compensation in FY 2026. Krishnasamy totaled $6.9 million in FY 2025 and $5.9 million in FY 2024. Sriram collected a cash bonus of $1.2 million in FY 2026.
