The Tennessee Department of Health conducts hundreds of routine health inspections of food-service establishments, hotels, tattoo parlors and more in Shelby County every month.
The vast majority of restaurants inspected score 90 and above, with 22 restaurants, bars and food trucks receiving a perfect score of 100 in August.
