The Tigers (2-1) are coming off a loss to Boise State that served as their first loss under new coach Charles Huff. Memphis beat UNLV and Arkansas State to start the season but lost 38-20 to the Broncos in a key Group of Six showdown.

Memphis' schedule gets lighter moving forward, though. And that starts with a matchup against FCS-level UT Martin on Sept. 19 (6 p.m. CT, ESPN+) at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. The Skyhawks (1-2) are coming off a blowout loss at West Virginia.

The Tigers will be huge favorites. After playing UT Martin, they have an open week before starting American Conference play at Charlotte on Oct. 3.
