A locally owned clothing store in East Memphis is closing after 25 years in business.
The Pink Door, located at 4615 Poplar Ave. on the corner with Perkins Extd., announced its last day in business will be Sept. 26.
Pink Door is a small business and Lilly Pulitzer signature store, a brand that specializes in a variety of colorful women's clothing options, including dresses, activewear, swimwear, loungewear and much more.

In a statement on social media, owners Mimi Taylor and Semmes Vaughn thanked longtime customers for their business and the memories created.
"What began as a dream became so much more than a boutique," the statement read. "It became a place where friendships were made, milestones were celebrated, and generations of families shopped
with us. For that, we are forever grateful. Thank you for every visit, every purchase, every kind word, and for allowing us to be a small part of your lives. Your love and support have meant more than we could ever express."
The Pink Door is running a deep sale on a range of items.
The closure, announced Aug. 17, followed the end of another longtime local business in East Memphis, Belmont Grill.
