More drive-thru coffee options are coming to Bartlett.
Construction is ongoing for a new 986-square-footDutch Bros Coffeewith drive-thru lane service at 6200 Stage Road in Bartlett. The shell of the building is being erected. The drive-thru coffee chain will be in an outparcel space on 0.54 acres between Bank of America and Leslie’s Pool Supplies store.

According to a Facebook post by the City of Bartlett, the Dutch Bros Coffee is expected to open around the second week of December, weather permitting. Dutch Bros Coffee will be part of the Raina Plaza commercial center — formerly the Bartlett Hills Shopping Center — at 6200 Stage Road near Elmore Park Road.
The site consists of the 60,000-square-foot multi-tenant shopping center building, anchored
by Al-Aqsa International Market and the 4,000-square-foot Leslie’s Pool Supplies store that is in front of the shopping center building. Other tenants in the commercial center include restaurants Grand Pacific and Taste of Paradise Indian Buffet and Grill as well as retailer Half of Half Name Brand Clothing store.
The Bartlett Planning Commission approved a master plan in January to re-subdivide the 6.44-acre commercial property into a two-lot subdivision, carving out a 0.54-acre outparcel for Dutch Bros. In February, the suburb’s planning commission approved the site plan details.
Dutch Bros Coffee, which was established in 1992, specializes in making a variety of drinks, including coffee, smoothies, teas, lemonades and energy drinks.
The Oregon-based drive-thru coffee chain opened its first Memphis-area location in summer 2025 at 1181 W. Poplar Ave. in Collierville. Dutch Bros opened a location at 3495 Austin Peay Highway in Memphis in June. It also plans to open a location at 4321 Summer Ave., Memphis.
The coffee shop scene has grown in Bartlett over the past few years with the additions of 7 Brew Coffee at 5879 Stage Road, that opened in May 2025, Pharmacy Coffeehouse at 5675 Stage Road, that opened in June 2025 and Baaloo Coffee Roasters at 2821 Bartlett Road, that opened in August.
