First-year Memphis women's basketball coach Hana Haden and her team will open American Conference play on New Year's Eve at Tulsa.
The Tigers released the dates for their 18-game conference schedule on Sept. 30. Game times and broadcast plans will be announced later.
After starting league play on the road, Memphis enjoys a three-game homestand (its second-longest of 2026-27, behind a five-game stretch to open the 2026-27 regular season) against Temple, Charlotte and FAU.
Haden took over for former coach Alex Simmons in March. Simmons was fired after three seasons at Memphis. The Tigers went 10-21 last season, including a 4-14 mark in American Conference play, finishing in a tie for last place in the league standings.
Memphis will meet defending
American Conference regular-season champion Rice once (Feb. 6, in Houston) and last season's conference tournament winner UTSA once (Feb. 10, at Elma Roane Fieldhouse in Memphis).
