Penny Hardaway's team

will play two of its first three league games at home, then close out the regular season by playing four of its final five games on its home floor.

Memphis, coming off a 13-19 season in which it finished in a tie for eighth place in the American, will meet defending league champion South Florida on Jan. 3 in Tampa.

Wichita State — ESPN's and CBS Sports' preseason pick to win the conference — makes the trip to FedExForum on Jan. 14. After that, the Tigers play four of their next five games

on the road, a stretch that includes matchups with UAB (Jan. 17); Charlotte (Jan. 20); Wichita State (Jan. 28); and Tulane (Feb. 2).
