A new family-focused attraction in the Wolfchase Galleria mall is still in the works.
Lulu Land Adventure Park is under construction 2800 N Germantown Pkwy., inside the former Sears space.
The permit application with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development was originally filed in May 2025, though the permit application has been updated as recently as August.

Occupying a 75,000 square foot space on the mall's second floor, Lulu Land Adventure Park will include attractions such as a "professional trampoline" and play focused trampoline areas, an air coaster, arcade and much more. The Virginia-based brand has three current locations in the U.S., with nine more, including the one in Memphis, listed as "coming soon" on its
website.
While the Oak Court Mall was recently partially demolished, Wolfchase Galleria continues to hold strong. The trampoline park's opening would follow Primark's in July 2025, and Joe's Records in May 2026.
