Over the summer, we've taken a nostalgic trip through some of Memphis' longest-running restaurants — the places that have been feeding generations of families and have become a part of the city's story.
As someone who grew up in Memphis around the mid '80s to the early aughts, revisiting these familiar favorites brought back countless memories for me. And judging by the kind, thoughtful comments from our wonderful readers, they're doing the same for many of you.
But no list is ever truly complete in a city with a culinary history as rich as Memphis'.
Now we'd love your help. Which longtime local restaurant did we miss? Whether it's a BBQ joint or a delicious diner, if it's been serving regulars for decades, we'd love to hear about it.
