The first weekend of fall will be slightly cooler, with temperatures remaining below 90 degrees across Memphis and most of the Mid-South.
Most days will see highs in the upper 80s and cooler evenings with lows in the lower 60s, according to a forecast released by the National Weather Service in Memphis. The cooler nights offer a welcome reprieve from last weekend's weather, which reached triple digits during the last official weekend of summer in Memphis
.Steady northeast winds will also bring a cooler feel that you may have already felt a bit this week.

Friday weather
Sept. 25 is expected to be sunny with highs in the upper 80s and northeast winds of 5 to 10 mph.
Friday night will be partly cloudy with
lows in the lower 60s.
Saturday weather
Sept. 26 should be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 80s.
Later that evening, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy with lows in the lower 60s.
Sunday weather
Sept. 27 will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 80s.
Sunday night will again be partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers after midnight and lows in the lower 60s. There's a 20% chance of rain.
Monday weather
Sept. 28 will be mostly sunny, with warmer temperatures than the weekend — highs are expected to be in the lower 90s.
Monday night will be partly cloudy with lows in the upper 60s.
