A woman-owned local spa has plans to open a new location in a vacant space at a small commercial, retail and office complex in Germantown.
Isle of Indulgence Spa filed a commercial alteration permit with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development on Aug. 24 to operate in an 800-square-foot space at 7855 Farmington Blvd., in Germantown.
The spa will occupy space at the Farmington Centre in Germantown between event venue SCC Party Boutique at 7853 Farmington Blvd. and hair salon Hairobert at 7857 Farmington Blvd.
Isle of Indulgence Spa is known as a medical spa offering advance skincare, body treatments and wellness services. The skincare treatments include customized facials, chemical peels including VI Peels and OBAGI Radiance
Peels and microneedling.
The permit says Isle of Indulgence Spa will set up individual spa rooms. The estimated cost of renovations for the space is $20,000, according to the permit. The plan is still under review.
Isle of Indulgence Spa — which opened in summer 2022 — currently has one location, Suite 102 at 1143 Cully Road in Cordova. Jonel Feliciano is the owner and lead aesthetician at Isle of Indulgence, according to the company’s website.
Before becoming a licensed aesthetician, Feliciano spent 15 years as a dental assistant.
The spa’s body and wellness services will also consist of waxing services, FIT Bodywraps, DE|RIVE hair support therapy, GLP-1 treatment and advanced peptide therapy, designed to support weight management, boost metabolism and increase energy.
