Soccer Mommy, Karly Hartzman of Wednesday, Patterson Hood of Drive-By Truckers and Sylvan Esso will lead the lineup for an expanded version of WYXR’s annual Raised by Sound Fest.
Local freeform community radio station WYXR 91.7 FM confirmed the lineup for Raised by Sound Fest, which will be presented by Mempho on Dec. 4 and 5.
Expanding into a two-day “celebration of adventurous music from Memphis and beyond,” the 2026 edition of the festival will feature a pair of ticketed concerts, as well as a full day of free live music at Crosstown Concourse. There will also be a ticketed late-night after-party that has become a popular cap to the fest.
“We've been excited for the opportunity to grow the imprint and impact of Raised by Sound Fest to new venues
and multiple days,” said Liv Cohen, WYXR’s community engagement and events head.
“Expanding to two nights gives us more room to bring nationally recognized artists to Memphis, showcase the remarkable local music that is at the heart of our programming, and keep a full day of live performances free and open to everyone.”
Soccer Mommy will headline the opening-night concert Friday, Dec. 4, at Satellite Music Hall, with Memphis indie rock band Late Night Cardigan opening the show.

The festival continues Saturday, Dec. 5, with free daytime performances throughout Crosstown Concourse by Chanel Beads, Hand Habits, Out On The Eaves, Marcella Simien with Qemist, and the University of Memphis' Blue Tom Revue.
Saturday evening, Karly Hartzman of the North Carolina band roots rockers Wednesday and Patterson Hood, co-founder of Americana icons Drive-By Truckers, will play a ticketed concert at Crosstown Theater. Raised by Sound Fest will conclude with an after-party DJ set from electronic pop duo Sylvan Esso.
Proceeds from the ticketed shows and after-party support WYXR. The Saturday daytime performances are free and open to the public. Tickets to Raised by Sound Fest are on sale now.
Tickets for all the Soccer Mommy show at Satellite Music Hall are $53 for general admission, $118 for platinum packages. They are available at Ticketmaster.com.
Tickets for the Karly Hartzman/Patterson Hood show at Crosstown Theater are $97, while tickets for the Sylvan Esso DJ Set/Late Night afterparty are $71. Tickets to those shows are available through Eventbrite.com.
