Ah, fall. The smell of apples and the sound of orange leaves crunching under our feet ... if only. We all know fall is nothing like the autumnal stereotypes in the desert. However, fall marks the return of tourism and snowbird season in the Coachella Valley, which means way more live entertainment options.
This fall, highlights include The Jonas Brothers' debut desert performance, a one-man show by Randy Rainbow, and a special Indigo Girls featuring a live symphony.
Here are 10 live shows we think you should add to your calendar.
Daughtry
Even though “American Idol” season five contestant Chris Daughtry didn’t win the beloved reality TV competition, the rock singer and songwriter was a hit with the show’s audience and still went on to have a more successful
career than most "Idol" winners. His 2006 self-titled debut album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Daughtry will perform on Sept. 30 at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa.

Keith Sweat
During the '80s and '90s, R&B singer Keith Sweat was part of a fresh sound known as new jack swing, which blended R&B with soul and hip-hop. He had several hits, such as “I Want Her,” “Make It Last Forever,” “I'll Give All My Love to You,” “Make You Sweat,” “Twisted” and “Nobody.” In 2016, after a five-year hiatus, his comeback "Dress to Impress" debuted at No. 34 on the Billboard 200 and No. 4 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts.
Sweat will perform on Oct. 10 at Spotlight 29 Casino.

Los Lobos and Los Lonely Boys
The Mexican-American bands Los Lobos and Los Lonely Boys have co-headlined tours together before and are on an extended run of the Brotherhood Tour in 2026. Both bands play a blend of rock music with traditional Mexican music, blues, R&B, folk, and more.
The East Los Angeles natives that make up Los Lobos are renowned for appearing in the 1987 film “La Bamba” and contributing the Ritchie Valens performances to its soundtrack. The band performed as part of the Los Angeles underground music scene and also opened for punk bands such as The Clash, Public Image Ltd, The Blasters, and more.
The Texas band Los Lonely Boys, featuring Henry, Jojo, and Ringo Garza, is best known for the 2004 song “Heaven,” which reached No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and their live shows often feature a jam-style format.
Los Lobos and Los Lonely Boys will perform on Oct. 16 at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino.

Steve Earle
Country singer/songwriter Steve Earle's songs have been recorded by Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Joan Baez, Emmylou Harris, The Pretenders and more. His 1988 album "Copperhead Road" is considered a classic, and has been described as a blend of heavy metal and bluegrass. In 2020, Earle was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in September 2025.
On Oct. 16, Earle will perform "51 Years of Songs and Stories" at The Plaza Theatre.

Randy Rainbow
Emmy-nominated comedian Randy Rainbow’s live show features both musical and stand-up comedy, as well as video clips and much more. It’s a one-man show that’s part cabaret and part comedy set.
Rainbow will perform two shows on Oct. 17 and 18 at the McCallum Theatre.

The B-52s and Devo
Devo will finish up their co-headlining North American tour at Acrisure Arena on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026." id="90644620007">
When you think about Devo and The B-52s, it makes sense that the two bands are co-headlining a tour together, and that the futuristic and satirical complement campy and kitsch in one concert. The idea came after both bands performed together during “SNL50: The Homecoming Concert” in 2025.
Devo also performed in April at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, and have been on a farewell tour since 2023.
The B-52s and Devo will perform on Oct. 31 at Acrisure Arena.

Indigo Girls
Since 1985 when childhood friends Amy Ray and Emily Saliers began performing together as Indigo Girls, the folk duo built a strong grassroots following and released the 1987 album “Strange Fire” before signing to Epic Records in 1988. Their first official self-titled release in 1989 was a commercial breakthrough and won a Grammy Award. Their subsequent releases were also successful.
During Greater Palm Springs Pride, Indigo Girls will perform on Nov. 7 at the McCallum Theatre backed by a symphony.

Chris Tucker
Actor and comedian Chris Tucker is renowned for his starring roles in films such as "Friday" and the "Rush Hour" franchise opposite Jackie Chan. Following a lengthy hiatus from Hollywood in 2007, Tucker returned to stand-up comedy in 2011 and to acting shortly after. He also released a Netflix special in 2015.
Tucker will perform on Nov. 7 at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa.

Alice Cooper
The “Godfather of Shock Rock,” Alice Cooper, is on his “Alice’s Attic Tour,” featuring a theatrical stage production and a setlist of hits and fan favorites. You can also expect the giant Frankenstein figure and the guillotine that have been included in previous tours.
In 2025, Cooper reunited with surviving members of the original Alice Cooper band for the album “The Revenge of Alice Cooper.” Even though he’s touring with members of his current band, the setlist includes selections from that album.

Jonas Brothers
Good news, Jonas Brothers fans. If you didn’t get your tickets for the Nov. 17 concert at Acrisure Arena, you’re in luck – there are still some tickets available. Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas are currently on The Burning Up All Over Again tour, which includes the siblings’ first-ever concert in the Coachella Valley.
These three brothers are no strangers to the area. The cover art for the 2019 album "Happiness Begins" featured a photo of the trio lying next to a swimming pool overlooking Palm Springs at a home in the Little Tuscany neighborhood. In April, their local connections deepened as Joe Jonas became the first Jo bro to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Joe was one of several surprise guests during Teddy Swims' Weekend 1 set at Coachella 2026, and he and Swims sang a duet of Jonas Brothers' 2007 hit "When You Look Me in the Eyes" that stole every millennial's heart.
