An alleged assault ata Splash House eventin the early morning of Sunday, Aug. 9, resulted in nine people injured, Palm Springs Police have reported.
PSPD officers on site were alerted to a possible assault around 1:37 a.m. at a Splash House event at the Palm Springs Air Museum.
After securing the area, officers determined a dispute occurred which involved bottles being thrown into a crowd. Nine people in the crowd who not involved in the dispute sustained minor injuries from broken glass, police said in a report. Two were treated at the scene while seven were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Investigators are actively looking into the incident and are asking anyone with information to contact the Palm Springs Police Department at 760-327-1441.
