early-morning crash on eastbound Interstate 10 was slowing traffic near Desert Center on Wednesday, Sept. 23.
The crash, which involved an overturned big rig, closed all eastbound lanes for about three hours. One had reopened before 7 a.m. But nearly two hours later, traffic was still delayed by about 45 minutes, according to Google Maps' traffic tool.
