A waterfront estate on Isle of Hope recently sold for $5 million in an off-market transaction, according to a press release by local Seabolt Real Estate.
The sale was for a 4,498-square-foot cottage home at 3 W. Bluff Drive. The home is three bedrooms and two bathrooms on four acres of property with views of the Skidaway River.
The four-acre site also includes a private dock with a boat lift.
“I’m incredibly honored to negotiate the landmark sale of this historic Isle of Hope home in an iconic location in the heart of Bluff Drive,” said Seabolt Sales Associate Taavo Roos, who represented the buyer and seller in the transaction. “This spectacular property includes an estate-sized deepwater lot that is rarely seen in the Savannah-area market as well
as unparalleled water views.”
The home was sold by lifetime Isle of Hope resident Noel Wright Jr., according to the press release. Roos declined to disclose the buyers identity in the press release while sharing the buyer is local.
