Inspector Notes: Observed hand wash sink near grill being used to dump food debris. Observed multiple food items (steak, pork, chicken, sliced cheese, hot dogs) uncovered in bottom of prep-top cooler. Observed multiple items cold-holding above 41F in prep-top cooler and on counter top near grill.

Inspector Notes: Observed paper towel dispenser out of paper towels. Observed wings, cheese, pizza sauce, pizza topping, and sugar stored uncovered throughout facility. Observed cooked diced chicken and cooked ground beef cold holding above 41F in prep top cooler. Observed pizza being held at room temperature without temperature control or mechanisms to keep up with time. After discussion with PIC it is the intention of the facility to hold the sliced pizzas at room temperature for no more than a hour.
