Best place to call home in Georgia
The only Georgia spot to make the list was Decatur. Here's what WorldAtlas said about it:

If there are children, that bumps up the rate. For a single-child household, it starts at $23.18 for two parents working and ends with $40.97 if there's only one parent. The rate continues to rise for each child in the house.

According to Zillow, the average value of a Decatur home is just over $283,000 with a median list price of $300,000 and a median sale price of $331,333 with almost 53% of sales being mage under the list price.
