The Georgia Department of Transportation issued a memo urging motorists to be aware of upcoming roadwork on the south end of Bryan County.
From Aug. 24-26, GDOT says a nighttime ramp closure for concrete pavement repairs will take place from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. on I-95 at Exit 87 in Richmond Hill. Detours can be taken at Exit 90.
"Message boards are in place at this location to make motorists aware of the ramp closures and schedule," reads a statement from GDOT. "All work is subject to change due to weather or other factors. Motorists are encouraged to reduce their speed, stay alert, and watch for workers to ensure everyone's safety."
