Parker’s Kitchen is preparing to open its first Florida location in Yulee in late October while expanding its footprint with recently opened stores in North Myrtle Beach and Lexington.
The Savannah-based company is celebrating its 50th anniversary and plans additional growth across the Southeast, according to a community announcement. Parker’s Kitchen currently owns and operates 111 stores across the region and says it expects to open a record number of locations in 2027.

The Yulee store is expected to open in late October at 75970 William Burgess Blvd. near the intersection of Interstate 95 and Highway 200. The location will serve the Jacksonville market.

Florida expansion plans
Six Florida sites are expected to be under construction during the first quarter of 2027, according to the announcement. The company said it aims to open 12 Florida stores, including one truck stop, before the end of 2027.
Parker’s Kitchen said the expansion follows its inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies for the ninth time in August.
New stores in South Carolina
The company recently opened a store at 4530 Highway 17 S. in North Myrtle Beach. The location is Parker’s Kitchen’s first in North Myrtle Beach, and the company said it plans additional growth in the Grand Strand region. Parker’s Kitchen also operates two stores in nearby Little River.
A second new location opened at 1367 N. Lake Drive in Lexington. The store is the company’s first in the Columbia market and is located near Lake Murray State Park. Parker’s Kitchen said it plans to add more locations in the Columbia area.
Food, amenities and community giving
All three stores offer the company’s Southern-inspired food program, including made-fresh-daily items, indoor dining and electronic ordering kiosks, according to the announcement. Customers can purchase breakfast biscuits, spicy chicken sandwiches and hand-breaded chicken tenders, among other menu items.
The locations also feature Lowcountry-inspired architecture, gas-lit lanterns, designer lighting, upgraded restrooms and convenience-store staples including fuel, beverages, Chewy Ice and grab-and-go merchandise.
Parker’s Kitchen said it has donated more than $30 million to charitable causes focused on education, hunger relief, health care access and veterans programs.
