This has exceeded the allocated seven days to use product.

Inspector Notes: Observed no CFSM certificate posted or available upon request. Observed build up of black-like substance within the soda nozzle at the bar stored adjacent to the dump sink. Observed high-temperature test stickers not available to verify the dish machine’s sanitization cycle. Observed multiple fruit flies swarming around floor drains in bar area.

Inspector Notes: Observed drink machine nozzles to have a black build-up. Observed several food items above 41F degrees. Chicken 45F-56F degrees, tomatoes 64F, liquid eggs 56F. Reach-in cooler seems to no be working.

Inspector Notes: Observed multiple employee drinks in areas where they could contaminate items (prep table, near food, over foodservice utensils). Observed mildew-like substance and pink slime on baffle inside of ice maker machine. Observed multiple TCS foods (tofu, salsa, beans, hummus, quinoa, tomato soup) cold held at temperatures above 41F. Observed all employees preparing food items without proper hair restraints and beard guards.
