Inspector Notes: Observed unlabeled sauce bottle containing soap without proper labeling. Observed no paper towels at hand sink. Observed multiple food items (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pasta salad) on salad bar holding temperatures above 41F. Observed multiple raw meats in reach in cooler next to grill holding above 41F. Observed ambient temperature of cooler holding raw meats to read 54F.

Inspector Notes: Observed container of raw chicken stored above raw shell eggs in walk-in cooler. Observed several containers (wontons, fried shrimp, pork removed from packaging) uncovered in reach-in freezer.

Inspector Notes: Observed no certified food safety manager in employ of establishment at time of inspection. Observed black/pink organic build up on the ice baffle of ice machine in main kitchen and ice shoot on drink dispenser in lobby area. Observed raw chicken, cooked chicken, deli meat and raw shell eggs cold holding above 41F. Observed cooked potatoes hot holding below 135F in fryer area.
