Johns Creek ranked No. 1 in the state to live, No. 5 in the nation, 3rd best small city to live in the U.S. and was among the top 200 best places to retire. It has a population of just over 78,000 residents with a median age of about 40. The unemployment rate is 2.86%, average household income is $167,051 and the median home value is $588,835.
Alpharetta GA
Alpharetta
ranked No. 2 in the state to live, No. 34 in the nation, 20th best small city to live in the U.S. and was among the top 300 best places to retire. It has a population of just over 64,500 residents with a median age of about 39. The unemployment rate is 3.58%, average household income is $153,928 and the median home value is $614,096.
Roswell GA
Roswell ranked No. 3 in the state to live, No. 44 in the nation, and was among the top 300 best places to retire. It has a population of just over 89,000 residents with a median age of about 40. The unemployment rate is 2.81%, average household income is $132,260 and the median home value is $534,694.
