Inspector's notes: Observed raw ground hamburger next to raw strip steak. Observed raw fish under the steak and hamburger. Observed raw ground hamburger patties (155) stored directly next to raw strip steak (145). Both were stored over raw fish (145) with no lid. Observed multiple food items in the facility uncovered including raw fish and cooked chicken in the reach-in cooler and raw chicken under the prep top cooler across from the grill. Observed mold-like buildup on the baffle of the ice machine. Observed accumulation of dust on dishes. Employee says dishes are used only for catering or big orders. Observed dish machine not pulling sanitizer. RCA: PIC will call contractor to inspect machine and only use three-compartment sink until dish washer has been verified to be working adequately.
Romano Pizza and Grill, 6014, Unit H, Highway 21 South, Rincon

Inspector's notes: Observed moldlike build up on the ice dispensing machine attached to the drink machine. Observed heavy food debris on the outside of equipment (oven, etc.) and bins throughout the kitchen area. Observed heavy food splatter on walls and floors (under equipment, especially under the fryers) throughout the facility. Observed heavy dust/grease debris on hood vents.
Wendy's, 4454 Highway 17, Richmond Hill

Inspector's notes: Observed mildew like substance in ice machine next to drive through window. CA clean ice machine that mildew like substance is removed. Observed strawberry sauce being stored in prep top cooler at 61F. COS item was removed. Observed ground hamburger patty stored in pass through below 135F. COS item was disposed of.
