
Savannah residents can celebrate their city during the annual 9 Days of 912, starting Sept. 3 and culminating on Savannah Day, Sept. 12.
The celebration includes events, volunteer opportunities, neighborhood activations and family-friendly experiences celebrating the people, places, history and culture that make Savannah unique, according to a community announcement.
Sponsorship opportunities available
The Savannah Chamber Foundation is inviting member businesses, organizations and community partners to sponsor the event. Sponsorship support helps make these community experiences possible while giving businesses and organizations an opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to Savannah, according to the announcement.
The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce is working with the City
of Savannah to coordinate sponsorships and contributions supporting 9 Days of 912 events, programs and activities.
Businesses and community partners interested in participating are encouraged to complete the Sponsorship Interest Form. A Chamber representative will follow up with available opportunities and next steps.
912 Day celebrates Savannah pride
“912 Day is how Savannah shows itself, love. When our community comes together to support 9 Days of 912, we’re investing in the people, places, and pride that make our city home,” said Mayor Van R. Johnson II.
The celebration is expected to bring the community together through a variety of events and activities that celebrate everything that makes Savannah unique.
