Fallfair season is about to get busy in Georgia.
From carnival rides and live entertainment to livestock shows, food and arts and crafts, fairs are scheduled across the state through November.
Explore Georgia's2026 fall fair list includes events in communities from Newnan and Marietta to Perry, Augusta and Statesboro.
Here's when some of the state's major fall fairs are scheduled to open.
Kiwanis Coweta County Fair
The Kiwanis Coweta County Fair returns to Newnan Sept. 24 and runs through Oct. 4.
The fair will feature livestock shows, comedians, a moto freestyle show, a reptile rescue exhibit and live entertainment along with traditional fair activities.
North Georgia State Fair
The North Georgia State Fair also begins Sept. 24 at Jim Miller Park in Marietta.
Explore Georgia describes it as the second-largest
fair in Georgia. The event features traditional fair activities and free concerts.
Georgia National Fair
The Georgia National Fair runs from Oct. 8-18 at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter in Perry.
The fair will feature rides, concerts, agricultural exhibits and competitions, food, arts and crafts and horse shows. Fireworks are also scheduled each night.
Cumming Country Fair & Festival
The Cumming Country Fair & Festival runs for 10 days beginning Oct. 8.
The event combines carnival rides with entertainers, the Miss Cumming Pageant, concerts and festival food.
Georgia-Carolina State Fair
The Georgia-Carolina State Fair runs from Oct. 16-26 in Augusta.
The 2026 fair is scheduled to feature rides, livestock competitions, arts and crafts, the Miss Georgia-Carolina State Fair competition and fair food.
Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair
The Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair returns to Statesboro Oct. 19 through Oct. 24.
The 63rd annual fair will feature education, heritage and business exhibits, food, entertainment and rides.
Dublin Fall Fair
Dublin: Oct. 21-24
The Dublin Fall Fair runs from Oct. 21 through Oct. 24 at the Civitan Fairgrounds.
Visitors can expect carnival rides, games and family activities, including rides such as Viper, Wipe Out, Drop Tower and Fireball.
Elberton 12-County Fair
The Elberton 12-County Fair starts Oct. 22 and continues through Nov. 1.
The fair features a carnival midway, nightly prize drawings, handmade goods competitions and rides.
Columbia County Fall Fair
The Columbia County Fall Fair will be one of the final major fairs on Explore Georgia's 2026 fall calendar.
The fair is scheduled for Nov. 5-15 in Grovetown. Explore Georgia says the event usually features bull riding, a demolition derby, entertainment and musical performances.
Other Georgia fall fairs
Several other fairs are scheduled before and between those larger events.
- The Chattahoochee Mountain Fair in Clarkesville runs Sept. 11-19
- Kiwanis Spalding County Fair in Griffin runs Sept. 15-20
- The Gwinnett County Fair in Lawrenceville runs Sept. 17-27.
