June's home sales in the Savannah bounded past last year's peak, according to Redfin data.

A total of 618 homes sold in June, an 8.8% increase over the same month in 2025. June's total also eclipsed the 595 homes sold in July 2025, which had been the year's highest monthly total.

June's sales continued a now four-month long run of growth in homes sold after a three-year low in February this year, Redfin data shows. Still, each month since February continued to lag behind in year-over-year growth. June busted that trend with the first year-over-year increase in home sales for 2026.

Redfin's three-year trend of Savannah home sales shows that summer months are typically the hottest with seasonal declines typically experienced after June or July. Last

year, the number of homes sold began to dip in August.
