The Housing Authority of Savannah is hosting a community job fair, offering opportunities for job seekers to connect with local employers.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, at 1407 Wheaton Street in Savannah, according to a community announcement.
The job fair is free and will feature employers such as the Housing Authority of Savannah, Chatham Area Transit, Chatham County, the City of Savannah, JCB, Roger Wood Foods and InTime Automotive Solutions.
Training providers, community organizations and career-development resources will also be available.
The event is open to job seekers of all experience levels. Attendees are encouraged to dress professionally and bring multiple copies of their resumes.
