(COLUMBIA, S.C.) South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Mark Wayne Dandridge, Jr., (age 41) of Colleton, S.C., Joshua Angelo Marquez, (age 20) of Berkeley, S.C., and Daniel F. Agold (age 54), of Goose Creek, S.C., on 10 total charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.
Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the South Carolina Attorney General's Office made the arrests in these unrelated cases. Investigators with the Colleton County Sheriff's Office, Charleston County Sheriff's Office, Berkeley County Sheriff's Office and Homeland Security Investigations, all also members of the state's ICAC Task Force, assisted with these investigations.

reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) which led them to Agold, Dandridge and Marquez. Investigators said Agold manufactured, distributed and possessed files of child sexual abuse material; Dandridge distributed files of child sexual abuse material; and Marquez distributed and possessed files of child sexual abuse material.
Dandridge was arrested on Aug. 26. He is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
Marquez was arrested on Aug. 27. He is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment; and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree (§16-15-410), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
Agold was arrested on Aug. 27. He is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, first degree (§16-15-395), a felony offense punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment; five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count; and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree (§16-15-410), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
Agold was previously convicted on similar charges in 2012 and 2019.
These cases will be prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office.
Attorney General Wilson stressed all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
