United Way of the Coastal Empire will launch its 2027 Community Fund Campaign on Sept. 10.
According to a community announcement, the event is expected to bring together about 700 community leaders, corporate partners and supporters at the Savannah Convention Center. This year's campaign, chaired by Cecilia Tran Arango, principal and marketing director at Thomas & Hutton, will focus on the theme "Shine a Spotlight." The theme aims to highlight the people, partnerships and programs contributing to stronger communities.
The kickoff will feature a program celebrating community contributors and emphasizing the impact of collective efforts. The schedule begins with networking and check-in at 11 a.m., followed by the opening of the ballroom at 11:30
a.m. The program will start at noon.
