How did Time Magazine find the best companies?

TIME partnered with Statista to evaluate and rank the most prominent firms in the country based on employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sustainability transparency. This involved surveys, revenue, and ESG data. Both private and public companies were considered.

Best companies in Georgia

It's probably not surprising which was the best Georgia company: Coca-Cola based in Atlanta at No. 38. The beverage giant scored almost 80% overall and was among the top 25 in employee satisfaction.

Two other Georgia companies in the top 100

include Home Depot at No. 91 and Delta Airlines at No. 98. While Delta was the bottom of the three, it actually out-performed in employee satisfaction landing in the top 10.

There were 30 other Georgia companies on the list in lower rankings. The next few include Assurant at No. 110, Equifax at No. 201, and Intercontinental Exchange at No. 252.

Coca Cola museum

The World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta serves as a museum curating Coke's treasures, history, and cultural impact across the globe. The exhibits are fun and often interactive, capped off with a tasting room of over 100 different drinks to try and a gift shop.
