Observed high-temperature test stickers not available to verify the dish machine’s sanitization cycle. Observed multiple fruit flies swarming around floor drains in bar area.

Inspector Notes: Observed multiple employee drinks in areas where they could contaminate items (prep table, near food, over foodservice utensils). Observed mildew-like substance and pink slime on baffle inside of ice maker machine. Observed multiple TCS foods (tofu, salsa, beans, hummus, quinoa, tomato soup) cold held at temperatures above 41F. Observed all employees preparing food items without proper hair restraints and beard guards.
