The Savannah housing market’s home sales peaked at 615 in July, according to Redfin data.
This year’s July sales were 7.7% more than the previous year, which had 571 sales in the same month. The July data continues a trend of summer month sales surpassing 2025’s totals.
May’s home sales this year were .2% more than the previous year while June’s jumped to 9% more than June 2025.
This July’s boost was anchored by a 55% increase in townhome sales compared to last year. 50 townhomes sold in July while the previous year saw only 32 townhome sales.
Savannah market home sales have been on the climb since February, which saw a three-year low of 390 homes sold. Summer months have been the hottest months for home sales over the past three years, according
to Redfin data.
