The Savannah Police Department arrested two men accused of robbing a business at gunpoint Sept. 2, according to a community announcement.
Officers said the incident occurred around 2 p.m. in the 1300 block of Montgomery Street. According to a community announcement, police responded to reports of a robbery at a store.
The suspects, identified as 31-year-old Tyler Jones and 62-year-old Willie Jones, allegedly entered the store armed, assaulted an employee, and stole money.

Investigators utilized a combination of city, private, and Flock cameras to identify and locate the vehicles involved.
Tyler Jones faces multiple charges, including armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Willie
