A Charlotte-based developer recently purchased a 64-acre industrial property in Pooler, according to recent Chatham County property transfer records.
The property sits at the corner of Pine Meadow Drive and Pine Barren Road and was purchased for $19 million. The site is currently wooded, according to Google Street View, and is near Tom Triplett Park’s western boundary.
The buyer was Pine Meadow Drive Pooler Building I, LLC. The LLC has an office address that matches SunCap Property Group.
The company’s portfolio includes multiple warehouse and distribution centers over 200,000 square feet, including FedEX ground facilities in Phoenix, Arizona and Queens, New York.
The company lists Savannah as a project site on its webpage, although the project’s
details are not included. SunCap also develops multi-family projects.
“We specialize in the development of single-tenant build-to-suit facilities, first class speculative industrial warehouse and distribution facilities, the creation of premier multifamily communities, and the acquisition of institutional-grade real estate in key markets,” the company states on its website.
