A small multi-family complex on Tybee Island’s south end sold for $1.3 million in early August, according to the latest round of property transfers.
The property, located at 8 T.S. Chu Terrace, was purchased by Trophy Point Investment Group, LLC. The company’s registered agent is Samir Patel, CEO of Atlanta area-based Trophy Point Capital.
The property has a two-story building and five total units, according to an Apartments.com listing. It is currently zoned in a Beach Business District, according to local GIS.
Trophy Point Capital is a private lender focused on real estate. The company’s website states its loans can be used for purchase, or refinance, of “non-owner-occupied residential properties, financing of a renovation project, and bridge
funding.”
The property was sold by Savannah-based TWD Real Estate Investment LLC. Find more over $1 million sales in this week’s property transfers here.
