Three Texas Tech University juniors studying finance recently launched an all-in-one fitness app, which can now be found on the Apple store.
Several years ago, Grayson Archer was getting more into his fitness journey and struggled to find a way to track all of his fitness elements in one place. Archer brought it up to William Trapp, who has been building websites and apps for two years, and Trapp built a web browser, but it didn't hold up. They let the project go until January 2026, when they brought in Grant Moos, and started getting serious.
"We got to an agreement that this is something we're all going to stick with, and we're actually going to follow through," Trapp said. "The main goal was, 'let's get something on the app store,' but now
it's growing to a lot more that that. We're pretty happy with the progress we've made."

Since launching Glide – All in One Fitness on the Apple store on Sept. 11, it has been downloaded more than 400 times. They are in the process of getting it on the Google Play store.
What does Glide Performance do?
"Our biggest thing is a system built for the user, so you can track your running, workouts, nutrition and progress over time," Archer said. "There's not an app that does what we do, in terms of it brings it all together and talks to each other. It builds a program for you."
Glide allows people to track workouts and meals, and connect with people, all in one app. It also connects with Apple Health. One of the standout features in Glide Performance is the trainer AI. It can help build workout plans or meals.
"You can tell it that you have specific things in the fridge, and it'll make a whole meal plan or recipe for that," Moos said. "Or, if you say, 'I only have 700 calories left in the day, can you make a meal around that?' We are really making sure that everyone's having a tailored, personalized experience."
There are three membership tiers: Free, Elite and Pro.
- Free allows access to the Trainer AI chat, food logging with photo and text scanning, all social features, and 30 AI credits monthly.
- Pro, which is $5.99 a month, adds 150 AI credits, AI recipe and macro calculations, saved chat history and further workout text parsing.
- Elite, at $12.99 a month, offers 400 AI credits, full micronutrient breakdown, weekly AI training review, performance stats and a muscle map, and the ability to attach photos in Trainer AI chat.
The AI credits can be used for the Trainer AI chat, food photo scans and text parsing.

The app has a social page, where people can post their workouts, lifts and recipes. Clubs within the app are made with accountability and social connection in mind.
"We decided we wanted this to be a hub, and we're really focusing on the social aspect as well," Archer said. "You don't have to just be a lifter or a runner. You don't even have to be active. You can be a cook, or someone who wants to see recipes, or someone who wants to go and see what everyone else is doing. There's not a lot (of apps) that do what we do, so we think that we brought something unique to the table."
The three agreed that finally having their months-long project in the community's hands has been exciting, but they are not done yet.
"It also kind of ignited a fire, because now this is real," Archer said. "This is in people's hands. Our app is affection people on a day-to-day basis, so we almost owe it to them to work harder, push more features out, and make it an easier experience for them."
Even though it recently launched, Glide already has plans for the future, including a side for trainers. It would allow trainers to view and manage their clients, and create a marketplace for prospective clients to connect.
People can connect with Glide Performance at getglide.org, or follow them on Instagram and TikTok. Use code LBK when onboarding for the Pro or Elite subscriptions to get a 30% off discount.
