A Lubbock-based commercial real estate company announced a new chief operating officer, according to a company news release issued Tuesday, Aug. 4.
7B Commercial, which manages the process from site acquisition through construction, named David Chansilp as the new COO.

Chansilp's 28 years of experience include being vice president of school development for Primrose Schools, along with positions
at Charles Schwab, GO Car Wash, and Life Time.
"David brings an exceptional combination of operational leadership and development expertise," said Derrick Merchant, CEO. "His experience leading high-performing teams and building strong operational processes makes him an outstanding addition to our leadership team. We are excited for the impact he will have on our people, our clients, and our company."
Chansilp will oversee operations across real estate, development, and construction divisions, according to the release.
