for the block. A Power of Veto competition also took place, which sets up the Week 8 live eviction tonight, Thursday, Sept. 3.

What is the 'Big Brother' jury?
The 'Big Brother' jury is a longstanding tradition where, towards the end of the show, evicted houseguests are sequestered together in a jury house instead of being sent home.
The 'Big Brother' jurors play a special role in the game as they get to see other evicted players come into the jury house and get information on what is happening in the game. At the end of the game, the 'Big Brother' jurors get to interview the finalists and ultimately vote for the 'Big Brother' winner.
Because of the power the jury holds, 'Big Brother' houseguests usually try to maintain good and trusting relationships with their fellow contestants as burning bridges with the evicted houseguests could determine whether or not you get their vote at the end of the game.
The houseguest evicted tonight, Thursday, Sept. 3, will become the first jury member.
