As August begins, Stew Leonard’s grocery stores are bringing back a popular summer seafood favorite: warm, buttered lobster rolls.
The lobster rolls — featuring lobster topped with warm butter and a splash of lemon — will be available at all Stew Leonard’s locations, including the Yonkers store, on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 1-2, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to the company.
The East Meadow location on Long Island will offer the lobster rolls every day during the promotion.

The lobster rolls are priced at $15.99 each, which is relatively affordable compared with many lobster rolls found at coastal restaurants and vacation destinations, where prices can exceed $30 and sometimes reach $40 or more.

Stew Leonard’s lobster rolls are served warm with
butter, a style commonly known as a Connecticut-style lobster roll.
Connecticut-style lobster rolls typically feature warm lobster meat coated in melted butter, while Maine-style lobster rolls are served cold and mixed with mayonnaise.
