New York State Police are searching for a 32-year-old man in connection with a homicide reported Thursday in Orange County.
Police searching for Thomas David Ryan
State police Troop F in Middletown said Friday they are attempting to locate Thomas David Ryan, 32, in connection with a homicide that occurred Aug. 6 on Greenville Turnpike in the town of Greenville.
Police said Ryan may be driving a 2016 gray Toyota Prius with New York license plate HNH-7671.
Ryan was last seen in the area of Greenville Turnpike wearing black sweatpants and a black T-shirt, according to state police.
Police warn Ryan may be armed
State police said Ryan is believed to be armed and dangerous and urged anyone who encounters him to use caution.
Anyone who sees Ryan should not approach him and should call 911 or contact the State Police Middletown
Bureau of Criminal Investigation at 845-344-5300.
The investigation remains ongoing.
