New Rochelle police are investigating a shooting in which a man suffered a non-life-threatening head wound.
The shooting occurred around 10:45 pm Sunday near 2 Harrison St. When police arrived moments later, a man was lying down in front of a deli, bleeding from a head wound, police Capt. J. Collins Coyne said in a news release.
He was taken to a hospital where he was in stable condition, Coyne said.
Police learned from an anonymous tip that two men dressed in all black were seen running towards Cedar Street after the shooting.
