A Stockton family is asking for volunteers to help search for a 23-year-old Navy veteran who has been missing for more than a week.
The family said the volunteers are needed for search and rescue at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1. The meeting location is the In-N-Out parking lot located at 2727 West March Lane.
The restaurant is the last place O'bonjai “Bonj” Skaggs was seen leaving on July 19.
Volunteers can register to help by filling out a form with their information prior to the day of the search.
Skaggs is described as being six feet, four inches tall, 170 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and his race is “mixed,” according to the missing person flyer from Stockton police.
The Stockton Police Department said Skaggs was last seen at the In-N-Out
wearing a purple short-sleeved shirt, black shorts and dark colored shoes.
Police said Skaggs was riding home on his bicycle before he went missing. The bicycle was located, but Skaggs still remains missing.
