National Coffee Day is Sept. 29, and coffee lovers have a pretty good reason to celebrate with free coffee, special deals and plenty of excuses to get their caffeine fix this Tuesday.
While national chains are serving up free cups and other perks to keep the coffee buzz going, National Coffee Day is also the perfect time to skip the usual routine and explore Jacksonville’s local coffee scene. Ellianos coffee is giving away free hot or iced coffee on Sept. 29 to honor National Coffee Day.

Starbucks has something new brewing for National Coffee Day!
There won’t be free coffee this year, but Starbucks Rewards members can get 100 bonus Stars with a coffee purchase.
Starting Sept. 29, the new Aerocano is hitting menus. Starbucks describes it as a “smooth Starbucks Blonde Espresso air-whipped to create a light foam and cascading visual effect” and says it’s a modern take on the Iced Americano.
Also coming Sept. 29: Apple Crumble, Pecan and Pumpkin Mini Pies.
Dunkin' offers free drink with purchase on National Coffee Day
On Sept. 29, Dunkin' Rewards members can get a free medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase through the Dunkin' app, the company told USA TODAY.
Additionally, building on its collaboration with apparel company L.L. Bean, a Dunkin'-inspired Birdseye Sweater and Boat and Tote drops on Sept. 29, in addition to a limited-edition L.L. Bean Coffee Tote.
7Brew offers limited-edition license plate stickers for National Coffee Day
On Sept. 29, 7Brew customers can get a free state license plate sticker with any drink purchase at participating locations nationwide. Customers will receive one sticker for each drink purchased, according to 7Brew's website.
The chain has more than 800 locations across 38 states, with three Jacksonville locations,including:

Scooter's Coffee offers free medium brewed coffee
Scooter's Coffee is offering customers a free medium brewed coffee through their mobile app and a BOGO offer available exclusively through orders on DoorDash.
Customers can get the one free medium brewed coffee per day from Sept. 27-29 via the Scooter's mobile app. The earliest customers at each location will receive a special "Fueled by Scooter's Coffee" sticker, while supplies last.
The BOGO offer is valid for any medium Caramelicious drink via DoorDash, with a limit of one per DoorDash order at participating locations.

Krispy Kreme unveils Original Glazed Coffee Flavored Doughnut
Krispy Kreme has unveiled a new Original Glazed Coffee Flavored Doughnut in honor of National Coffee Day.
Available through Tuesday, Sept. 29, the chain says the doughnut combines "Krispy Kreme's iconic Original Glazed doughnut with smooth, creamy coffee flavor that is subtly bold and perfectly sweet."
Additionally, customers who visit Krispy Kreme shops on Sept. 29 can get a free small or medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase, and customers can get a dozen Original Glazed Coffee Flavored doughnuts for just $5 with the purchase of any dozen at regular price Sept. 26-29.
There is a limit of two per guest in-shop and via the drive-thru, and a limit of one per guest via Krispy Kreme's app for pickup or delivery, using promo code "COFFEE" while supplies last.
Pilot offers free coffee
Pilot is offering customers free any-sized hot coffees on Sept. 29, no purchase necessary.
Customers can take advantage of the offer by opening the Pilot app and redeeming the National Coffee Day offer at checkout.
Circle K offers free coffee for Inner Circle Rewards members
On Sept. 29, Inner Circle Rewards members can get a free medium hot or iced coffee at any of Circle K's 7,000 locations. The offer is redeemable through the Circle K app.
Customers can download the Circle K app, text "JOIN" to 25050, sign up at Circlek.com or simply enter their mobile number at the pump or register to join the loyalty program.
Paris Baguette offers rewards members free coffee
Paris Baguette is celebrating National Coffee Day by offering PB Rewards members a free medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase.
